We point out that time dependent study of four decay modes B⁰(t)→ Kₛ, B⁰(t)→ D Kₛ ⁰(t)→ Kₛ, and ⁰(t)→ D Kₛ allows us to measure (ϕ₁-ϕ₂) - contrary to previously obtained result that it measures (2ϕ₁+ϕ₃). The time dependent study of Bₛ⁰(t)→ D±ₛK∓, and the study of B-→ K-(D,)→ K-f decay where D→ f is a doubly Cabibbo suppressed decay yield information on ϕ₃, as previusly expected.
