It shows that because of the axial-vector coupling and the coupling with fermions of different masses the untarity of the SM is broken at the scale of 10¹⁴GeV. A new theory of EW interactions without Higgs is proposed. We obtain M²W=g² m²ₜ/2, M²Z=(g²+g'²)m²ₜ/2, and GF=1/(2√2m²ₜ.
