Correlation between B(E1, 1-₁ → 0+g.ₛ.) and B(E1, 3-₁ → 2+₁) values are considered within microscopic QRPA approach. General arguments for a dependence of a ratio between these values on a collectivity of the 2+₁ and 3-₁ phonons and ground state correlations are provided.
