On nilpotent subsemigroups in some matrix semigroups

We describe maximal nilpotent subsemigroups of a given nilpotency class in the semigroup Ωₙ of all n× n real matrices with non-negative coefficients and the semigroup Dₙ of all doubly stochastic real matrices.
