A generalization of the well-known Georgi-Jarlskog relation mμ/mτ = 3 (mₛ/mb) to neutrinos is found in the context of SO(10). This new relation is mνμ/mντ = 16 (mc/mₜ), which is consistent with present data, assuming the small-angle MSW solution to the solar neutrino problem.
