Corners of Cuntz-Krieger algebras

We show that if A is a unital C*-algebra and B is a Cuntz-Krieger algebra for which A B, then A is a Cuntz-Krieger algebra. Consequently, corners of Cuntz-Krieger algebras are Cuntz-Krieger algebras.
