We show that the zeroth law of thermodynamics holds within an alternative version of nonextensive statistical mechanics based on incomplete probability distribution. The generalized zeroth law leads to a generalized definition of thermodynamic functions which are possible to be used for systems with important nonextensivity (nonadditivity) in energy, volume or other external variables.
